I enjoy helping create vibrant communities where citizens can live, learn, work, and play.To achieve this vision I have worked at the executive level working in start-ups, community non-profits, the Chamber of Commerce and post-secondary campuses.Today I am a partner of Sincron HR Software where I introduce our powerful HR information system platform (with integrated ATS) to North American clients seeking to automate their HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training), incorporate strategic planning objectives and KPI's into performance management, foster improved communication with employees, integrate with multiple software providers (payroll, EHR's etc) and job boards and, perhaps most importantly, maintain or exceed industry (i.e. CARF International, COA) or government (i.e. Ministry of Education) accreditation standards.As creator of the HR Power Hour I help provide executives and professionals throughout North America free online professional development from industry experts, a hot topic forum and networking opportunities.Alongside my uber talented co-founders at The Founder Institute (www.fi.co), Vancouver Chapter, I helped highly educated, talented and motivated entrepreneurs start tech companies.
