Driven by my belief in liberation, I have strived to understand societal systems that uphold inequitable stratification. Through my undergraduate and graduate career, I have learned about the regulation of bodies and the various epistemologies that work toward breaking down these systems. With this, I have worked in a myriad of inclusion focused roles such as a Diversity Peer Educator at UNCC, an intern at Time Out Youth, and as a Corporate intern for Awesomely Authentic.Simultaneously, I have worked in numerous customer support roles that have used databases to provide the best service. These roles have ranged from campus support to a more recent position in EMR/EHR software support. During these roles I have worked with systems such as Asana, Zendesk, IDworks, Excel, Banner, and Slack. Additionally, I have participated in multiple trainings such as PCI compliance, unconscious bias training, HIPAA compliance, and management training.
