Pavan is an Associate Director with the GDS FSRM team that focuses on Credit and Capital risk management for Banks and Financial Institutions. Pavan leads projects for FSO clients in the Credit Risk, Stress Testing and Capital Management (CSTC) space that focuses on implementing regulatory agendas, transformation initiatives (performing gap assessments and designing new target operating models), process efficiencies, and overall enhancement and build-out of core competencies in Risk and Finance. Pavan has also worked on projects in Enterprise Risk Transformation (ERT), Policy Design & Documentation (Capital, Credit and Counterparty Credit), BASEL II, III reporting, Credit Risk Model Validation and Monitoring, Model Risk Management and other regulatory reporting design projects, process, control, data and governance programs. Prior to joining EY, Pavan has worked with global financial institutions and consulting firms in the areas of • Current Expected Credit Loss Implementation• Financial Forecasting and Business Intelligence• Enterprise Risk FunctionsPavan has diverse experience across USA, South East Asia and India, working in Consulting and Global Banks.
