*Work with agents throughout Oklahoma to build our market share in the state * Travel to new territories to introduce FirstComp to agents and provide them with the training and resources they need to sell our product. *Place outgoing calls to agents to follow up on quotes, renewal accounts and retread accounts. *Generate new business through production meetings and online trainings.

*Execute market objectives on a selected portfolio, On and Off Premise. *Manages special events (i.e. Dinners, Market Work Withs) *Manages pre-sells and sensitive projects. *Assist in training and educating the sales staff on all facets of product knowledge. *Make sales presentations to key accounts, both on/off premise. *Assists the marketing department with pricing and promotions for non-mainstream items.
