The City's Development System comprises a complex system of organizations – government and quasi-government – that private sector customers such as developers, homeowners, contractors, and others interact with in order to receive site development planning, permitting and inspection services. I'm responsible for advancing innovation and development systems management based on data insights and analytics. This involves setting ambitious goals and overseeing the progress of all departmental teams engaged in and part of the city’s development process toward these goals, in alignment with the Mayor’s strategy and vision for the City.

I am responsible for partner outreach, expanding our political presence, and growing the types of campaigns we operate. I work with our partner groups to ensure our field campaigns are planned and executed successfully. I collaborate with our staff and partners to shepherd the strategy, messaging and plan.

DEPUTY OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – Installed Services (July 2015 - December 2015)Working in collaboration and reporting directly to the GM/VP of the Installed Services Division I was responsible for tackling pressing problems that lead to increases in efficiency and a better customer experience.SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (January 2015 - June 2015)I managed 40 team members and 5 managers to maintain effective customer service for post-sale customers for all products, including: Rooftop Solar, Windows, and Weatherization.INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE MANAGER (August 2014 - December 2014)I oversaw a team of 30 Inside Sales Representatives and 2 assistant managers, hitting goals related to volume and quality of sales visits scheduled for all products.

DEPUTY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR / MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR (March 2011 - July 2014)In this role I successfully expanded the base of sustained annual donors by more than 25% through the development of data-driven, coordinated fundraising activities across multiple channels including from direct-mail, monthly pledge program, telemarketing and online fundraising. I managed 4 development staff who oversaw member service related outreach and management of the organizational donor databases.DATA AND ANALYSIS MANAGER (December 2009 - March 2011)In collaboration with the Director of Data and Analysis I maintained organizational databases, produced reports, and analyzed data to support campaign and fundraising initiatives.MAJOR GIFTS OFFICER (February 2009 - November 2009)I secured financial contributions from Corporate Accountability International's major and prospective donors through in-person meetings, phone conversations and written communications.

CLIENT ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVEI was responsible for launching new canvassing outreach campaigns for progressive non-profits such as; Amnesty International, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and Save the Children. I successfully created campaign strategy for each client that included messaging for membership building and canvasser recruitment.REGIONAL CITIZEN OUTREACH DIRECTORI oversaw nine citizen outreach offices conducting site visits with each office to drive goals that included: developing the weekly strategy for membership and fundraising goals, providing staff development and continual training, and leading by example with strong personal canvassing and fundraising.MIDWEST RECRUITMENT DIRECTORI worked to recruit graduating seniors at 15 universities and colleges across the Midwest.

I ran citizen outreach offices working on behalf of progressive non-profit organizations such as: the State Public Interest Research Groups (PIRG), the Sierra Club, and the Human Rights Campaign. The offices I directed collectively raised more than $600,000 over 3 years by recruiting, training and leading a team of up to 25 staff and 2-3 Assistant Directors.
