As a member of the CFO's technology team, my primary duties were in support of the billing, finance, and tax systems.February 2016 - Selected as member of DTCC's Emerging Talent Program.Billing System Administrator - Handle monthly end of period billing support, including troubleshooting; system maintenance; coordinate and setup fee configurations; and user security access for the MetraNet billing system.Tax systems Administrator - Handle monthly tax system maintenance and fee configurations; and user security access for the Vertex system. Provided standard maintenance and investigation of tax related concerns for the SOVOS WorldTax and Taxware systems.Financial reporting analysis and review - Utilized multiple reporting tools, including Salesforce, MetraNet and Vertex, to investigate financial reporting concerns and discrepancies. Project Management - Requirements gathering and analysis; Business Requirements writing; as well as project coordination and communications.Enhancement Testing - Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)between application development teams, product management and operations teams for billing (MetraNet) and tax (Vertex) systems. JIRA would be used in agile projects.Procedures and documentation writing - Maintain accurate procedures for all system and day-to-day operational needs. Created user guides for new system users. Maintained the company’s fee guides for review by the SEC.
