Reports directly to China President and CEO/CFO on monthly basis.Key assignments :- Head of program department organized in 3 project groups staffed with 20 project managers and sales engineers- Portfolio of 60 projects for local and global programs with chinese homeroom- Monitor project performance indicators and provide close support in critical phases- Track global & individual workload levels.
