Appirio (acquired by Wipro) is a global services provider who uses crowdsourcing and cloud, social and mobile technology to help enterprises reimagine their business and become more agile. Provide guidance to clients implementing Workday on identifying a process that makes data conversion a more efficient and repeatable process through the various configurations of the implementation cycle. Work with clients on data mapping of their legacy systems, and ensuring with each build, the data conversion process is smoother by the time the final build occurs. Work with the various functional consultants and PM's on ensuring the data is in the system in preparations for testing.

Building and developing a team of Consultants who implement Workday's HCM solutions. Provide support and guidance to team members. Also a practicing consultant who is utilized in various roles such as HCM Lead Consultant, HCM Advisor and Lead Data Consultant to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, provide guidance on process improvements and data conversion support.

- Manage and mentor Workday Consultants, as well as be a subject matter expert in Workday's HCM solution to help the team towards a successful implementation.

- Served as lead consultant to assist clients to implement the Workday HM solution which included leading design sessions/workshops, conducted requirements gathering, assist with test scripts creation and led user acceptance test.

- Focused on Workday implementation as well as integrating the rest of the various HR applications with each other. Partnered with IT to develop an in-house focal compensation tool for managers (merit, adjustments, promotions, equity).

- Implemented a performance and goal management system to the company (SuccessFactors), applicant tracking (Jobvite), and integrated intranet with the rest of the organization with use of Sharepoint. Changed legacy comp structures and implemented global job/salary structure. Developed processes/practices for newly created HR Call Center. Partnered with Internal Audit to develop HR SOX narratives/process.

- Implemented and introduced ESS/MSS using HR/B (EmployEase). Worked with management on day to day compensation questions using multiple "legacy" compensation structures. Developed internal HR intranet site for company. Partnered with the recruiting team to ensure total compensation was equitable for a fast paced growth.
