About the Study:The American Voices Project, a joint initiative of the Stanford Center of Poverty and Inequality, Princeton University's Center for Research on Child Wellbeing, the American Institutes for Research, and a coalition of Federal Reserve Banks, is national mixed methods study aiming to understand how the American population lives, to provide an early warning of emerging social problems, and to assess how the country's policy is working across many types of communities and types of poverty. As a forefront of academic and policy research, the American Voices Project collects and elevates the voices of real people who will be heard by high-level decision-makers throughout the country and allow for the new thinking about the most pressing problems of out time.Responsibilities:- recruiting pre-selected interview participants through phone canvassing and scheduling interviews-conducting in-depth interviews and administering surveys focused on participants' lives, relationships, jobs, health, and well being- recording questionnaire data and writing detailed field notes
