- Responsible of the SAP Projects Delivery Organization in Latin America managing 200+ resources.- Management of Portfolio of projects with TCV in a range of 50 to 80MM USD annually with an average of 25 in flight projects constantly running during the year.- Implemented critical measures to improve projects visibility and management making weekly projects reviews and maintaining a healthy projects portfolio with zero red projects and delivering green indicators in projects Scope, Schedule and Resource Management. Delivery of healthy financial results for projects resulting from discipline on projects change management and cost productivity measures in projects execution.- Enabled the organizations to manage projects on multiple methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and CCPM (Critical Chain Project management) all of them aligned with CMMi best practices.- Led a Joint Business Plan with clients to provide better communication and visibility over projects execution and improve their participation as key stakeholders of projects which resulted in zero executive escalations due to projects delivery.- Leader for pursuit activities constructing RFP proposals, technology presentations to clients and new clients Project delivery services ramp up.
