Manage a complex portfolio of commercial and mid-market commercial card clients. Conduct relationship reviews to design strategies that drive growth and revenue for bank and add value to the client relationship. Collaborate with Relationship Manager, Treasury Sales, and Product Management to provide seamless service to clients. Analyze client payables files, billing and payment processes, spend behaviors to identify trends and growth opportunities. Part of team that led successful conversion to new E-Payables, Expense, and Card Management system.

Responsible for the strategic growth of Purchasing Card, Corporate Card and Automated Payables programs within the Commercial, Middle-Market, Large Corporate space. Provided guidance to improve client's Cash Cycle and Days Payable by partnering with Treasury Management and Relationship Managers. Maintained full life-cycle management of programs beginning with implementation through expansion. Engaged with Senior Management to implement vendor enrollment strategies and conduct Optimization Studies to benchmark client's program versus the industry standard then provided quantitative analysis/best practices to the Executive Level. Partnered with the Product team to identify and address any gaps in service clients may have been experiencing. Utilized internal channels to maximize wallet share, increase revenue, and cross-sell new programs.

Responsible for the sale of 30 plus Treasury Management products. Work closely with Branch Managers, to sell Treasury Management products to existing business clients and prospects. Make calls, provide written pricing proposals, and analyze existing accounts for Treasury Management opportunities.

Liason between small businesses to large corporations. Assist clients with selecting appropriate treasury products to make their business operations run more smoothly. Educate the client about SunTrust Bank and its array of banking products.
