I am a Manager on the Promotions Team at Points, a leading provider of loyalty solutions for over 60 partners worldwide. With 16 years of experience in business analysis and project management, I deliver high-quality products and services that enhance the value and engagement of loyalty program members. I manage a team of five product specialists, including two team leads, who work with internal and external stakeholders to configure and customize Points storefronts, products, and promotions using proprietary software and tools. I also ensure the solutions are of the highest quality using appropriate QA methodologies and processes.
