As a tier II Client Delivery Manager I use my system expertise to consult clients and team members on tool implementations, health enrollment site changes, and navigating the relationship between our technologies. My core responsibility is project management but I also assist in managing an offshore configuration team.

As a tier II systems analyst my roles and responsibilities are analyzing, developing, and executing client requirements to build a benefits administration system. This includes using Alights rapid implementation tools, front end design tools, requirements gathering tools such as Jama, and excellent communications skills. I work with with an offshore team, a development team, and other client facing teams in order to create an excellent client experience
