Rick is an American who has lived in Scandinavia for over 30 years. He has extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur and was one of the winners of the prestigious EEVC European Venture Contest in 2009. He was co-founder of 3 successful technology companies; BlueSky Software (renamed eHelp and acquired by Adobe), Scala Inc. (current world leaders in digital signage www.scala.com) and RPR Technologies (www.rprtech.com). In 2016 he founded The Technology of Influence AS (Oslo), a company that utilises AI and scientific measurement of human behavior traits as tools for coaching entrepreneurs and executives to have more impact and influence when pitching and presenting. Rick is currently designing and leading innovation & entrepreneurship programs for clients such as the European Space Agency (ESA), BP, ESPN, the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Innovation Norway, Business Finland and Innovate UK.
