Current(SmartStraps, TowSmart, CargoSmart, SWOPT, Flat Cat Golf, HydroTech)• Lead the creative process, delivering on the overall marketing and business objectives related to print, packaging, and digital design, as well as photography and videography across 6 established brands, emerging brands, and private label brands. Mentor and manage workload for 3 full-time employees, freelancers, and interns. Develop individualized enrichment programs for marketing interns while providing exposure to other departments for real-world job experiences.• Work closely with the engineers throughout the product development process from ideation to commercialization and beyond.• Review and approve packaging, marketing material and assets developed by graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent brand identity across all media platforms within the organization.• Plan, organize, and direct photo and video shoots from ideation, scouting locations, developing shot lists, and securing models and equipment, through to shot selection, editing, and cataloging•Organize asset library from server to FTP and PIM creating a self-service model allowing employees and customers to access files as needed. Responsible for building the asset structure and galleries for over 1,200 products in the PIM.•Oversee product photography and asset development for brand, retailer, and e-commerce websites through the development of separate templates and visual guides individualized for 45+ product categories across all brands.•Create visually appealing merchandising solutions that stand out in stores and online, communicating product features while upselling the consumer within our offerings.•Initiated the use of Wrike to streamline workflow, and allocate time and resources more efficiently for better project management.• Identify new graphic design trends to utilize across different channels including the pursuit of AI.
