Part of a specialized employment team working with the End-Dependence Kansas contract through the state of Kansas. Made relationships with local employers to make them aware of the employment initiative to help people with disabilities become more employed. Specialized in working with individuals with criminal backgrounds. Some individuals were exiting correctional facilities, some were on probation or parole, and some were just having difficulty finding employment. Managing a caseload of about 15-20 individuals at a time while doing case management on top of the employment help. Became authorized to enter state correctional facilities without escort through a week long training at Lansing Correctional Facility

Plan and run a summer camp of 80 kids. I oversee a staff of seven counselors who help ensure the safety and well-being of the children attending. I work with the Youth Development Services sector of the YMCA to make sure payments are made, children are registered, and parent questions and concerns are answered.

I grade the student's assignments online and aide in questions or confusions they might have. Besides grading and assisting the students, I read the textbooks to make sure I understand and learn along with the classes.

Aided the department chair of the psychology department in their needs. I helped advance the online certificate programs for the department by looking into how they can be the most effective and attractive for future students. I also helped with administrative duties when needed and assisted him in anything he asked for.

I worked underneath a Lead Teacher for various classrooms with children ranging from the age of six months to six years. I helped them develop and engage in their everyday skills as well as advancing them. I also worked with communicating good and bad parts of the child's day to the parents.

I worked at an elementary school in Oshkosh, WI for an after school program for children from Kindergarten to 5th grade to have a safe place to go after school. I made weekly lesson plans for the children and provided a safe, supervised environment for those kids to work on their homework and play outside (weather permitting). I also communicated with parents about what their children did during the after school program.
