As an energetic self-starter and team builder, I have 1.8 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently, I am an MSc in Entrepreneurship student, motivated to achieve goals on time and under budget, and I thrive in high-stress situations.In my most recent role as General Manager at Priyanka Restaurant, Navi Mumbai, India, I was responsible for supervising, developing, and delegating tasks to employees. I developed marketing events and conducted prospecting calls to expand the customer base. I led staff meetings for a team of 60 to communicate about customer satisfaction and management-related topics. I recruited, hired, and trained new employees, monitored and reviewed individual performance. Before that, I worked as an Auditor at Devdhar Joglekar and Srinivasan, Mumbai, India. I supported monthly reporting analysis to achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile production operations and the general ledger. I conducted internal audits to verify activities complied with procedures and policies. Some of the activities I worked on were Proxy, Cost of acquisition, Input, and Output. I also conducted bank audits for Citi Bank.I am currently pursuing an MSc in Entrepreneurship at Aston University, Birmingham. I have achieved several skills and accomplishments, including a Certificate of Participation in Reliance Foundation Youth Sports in 2016 and 2017, where I was certified as the player of the match in 2016. I also represented Lakers FC in Mumbai District Football Association - Second Division in 2017-2018. I earned a Certificate of Training in 2019 for eight weeks of online summer training on Digital Marketing. I have intermediate proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada.I enjoy playing football and dancing.
