Robert Sherman joined Ross Realty Investments, Inc. in 1988. Since that time, Bob has leased several million square feet of space and completed thousands of transactions in properties ranging from single tenant build-to-suits to power centers and office buildings. Under Bob's leadership, the Ross Realty Leasing Department has consistently maintained overall occupancy rates that are typically the highest in their respective markets.In addition to his leasing responsibilities, Bob is also actively involved in both the acquisition and marketing for sale of existing and developable commercial properties. He also consults and represents expanding businesses in their search for South Florida locations.Bob is well known in the industry and enjoys an outstanding reputation.Bob graduated from the University of Florida in 1982 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. He is actively involved with the ICSC and serves on planning committees and panels.
