I have started my career as a Networking Engineer in 2003 and after 19 years, the experience, knowledge, and successful relationships I made have enabled me to start and run my own business in the field of Information Technology. Throughout this journey, I was fortunate enough to work with many world-class products such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP, IBM, CA, Google, Sophos, etc., in different technology verticals to fulfill customer needs. These needs varied from building a simple IT infrastructure to a complex solution consisting of multiple unique solution blocks, which interact with each other. But the most interesting area for me was customer experience management as it touches the technology layer as well as the business layer. I'm passionate about how data originating from multiple connected sources can be used to derive various decisions using analytical tools to improve the customer experience and create business value and value for customers.My goal is to drive a sizable business around customer experience management and help businesses realize improved profitability. Outside the office, I spend time playing Hockey.
