Responsible for the management of a series of 14 complex Pacific Region strategic plans that require rigorous, planning, coordination and synchronization with multiple organizations, three treaty partners and ten allied countries in support of 134 annual training exercise and employment plans. Advised senior executive leadership, provided recommendations, evaluations of strategic planning process to US and foreign senior leadership. Led a team of 28 service members, 3 civilian science and technology research fields.

Establish organizational objectives to support comprehensive programs for maintenance and sustainment of military equipment. Led a team of 8 service members and 10 civilian employees.

Selected as the Commandant of Marine Corps Fellow for an exciting year working in interagency. As the direct liaison between interagency and the Marine Corps, I bridged the gap on understanding the military's capabilities in support to governance, humanitarian responses and service policies. I wrote and presented research papers, develop evaluation strategies and methods, and provide recommendations to senior Marine Corps leadership and interagency senior executives.

Responsible for the leadership and training of 700 Marines and Sailors as well as their families. We in provided sustainment to 34 operational organizations spread across 3000 miles of the Pacific theater. Under challenging conditions of distance, time and climate, we improved the supply order time, distribution lines that in turned reduced lost shipments, improved cost effectiveness and improved operational response and readiness.

An exciting position as the lead planner for all of Southeast Asia. Lead 34 planning events of 50 plus participants from US military and foreign militaries that resulted in successful training exercises. Led the planning for three Humanitarian responses due to natural disasters in Japan and Philippines as well as developed the plan for possible earthquake in Nepal. Provided briefings to senior US and foreign military officers.

As the Ground Operations Officer (Logistics) I participated in researching the "Developing the Iraqi Army; Directed Energy, Exercise Simulation, Cultural Anthorpology (Human Terrain Teams (Afghanistan)).
