Responsible for managing application developers, contractors and vendors, all working alongside cross-functional teams that are responsible for the design, development and delivery of loyalty marketing solutions across multiple clients including US Bank, United Airlines, Marriott Hotels, Carnival Cruise Lines, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Ford motor company to name a few. Daily duties include providing leadership, technical strategy and direction, solutions architecture, vision and innovation for customer marketing programs across existing and emerging channels. Architected an Interactive “Buzz” Marketing Platform (proprietary data-driven CMS) that enables our clients to power their SEO/SEM/SMM strategy by deploying dynamically generated, data-driven, optimized marketing web sites, landing pages and campaigns within search engines and social media channels. Manage cross-functional design and development teams, including all freelance developers and designers. Manage client relationships to support their projects during all phases of the design and development process. Innovate new features and platform enhancements to advance Buzz platform. Developed and maintained coding guidelines and development best practices.

Perform lead roles in the areas of technical architecture, team management and new business development in two distinct areas of a web template system and e-learning. Designed and developed a data-driven content management and web template system enabling small businesses with an easy-to-use and intuitive online marketing support system, complete with robust e-communications tools to increase revenue and streamline business processes. Also, managed and architected an Interactive Marketing Platform that helps clients power their SEO/SEM/SMM strategy by deploying dynamically generated, data-driven, optimized marketing campaigns within search engines and social media channels.

Managed a team of developers and worked with senior designers, marketers and content contributors to support several public facing and secure websites for 22,000+ subscribers across a diverse product line in the Mortgage Industry.
