About Ryan Mchugh

I have over 16 years’ experience with program management leadership on technology, business process re-engineering, and shared service deployment and optimization engagements. I combine my background in engineering with project management experience gained on over 20 ERP engagements to deliver low risk and maximum value to the customer. I have implemented PeopleSoft in the Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance and Supply Chain (FSCM), and Research Administration spaces, as well as Workday in the HCM space.Have leveraged my previous ERP experience to also lead a large public university's Workday HR/Payroll transformation program.My industry focus is currently in the Higher Education and Healthcare markets with Huron. Prior to joining Huron, I also worked in the Federal Government space.
