I am a commercial litigator and construction lawyer focused on the resolution of complex business disputes through direct negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, or formal dispute resolution processes including arbitration and trial. For my construction clients, I provide assistance with contract drafting and negotiations using standard form and manuscript agreements. I head up the Providence, Rhode Island office of Pierce Atwood and our Construction Practice Group. Our office is great and we are continually looking to bring on excellent team members and colleagues. I serve on the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. I am active in construction trade associations including the AGC of Massachusetts. I currently serve as a member of the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on Construction Law. As part of my work for the Forum, I promote a lot of construction law / program events and information on LinkedIn. I am the proud parent of two teenagers and resident of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. I love Boston sports, particularly the New England Patriots. I am a regular tennis player.
