During the pandemic I have been fortunate enough to get a job at a COVID-19 test site, I subsequently achieved promotion to supervisor within the first fortnight of my employment. I am responsible for a team of staff within our larger team, up to 8 staff members on shift at any one time. I process most of the data that is not linked to stock control on the site, including on-site reporting, both hourly and at the end of the day, to the government and central ops. I oversee my team, they are responsible for the traffic control of the on-site registration, check-in and staff village area, I have to ensure that my staff are doing their jobs safely and control their PPE. We also have to operate the correct technology to safely perform the security scan and check-in of subjects to the site, we must identify the type of test required for each subject and keep records of these statistics. I am also responsible for the technical support for the stores team.
