1. Coordinate with merchandiser team for upcoming order with sampling TNA status.2. To follow up fabric trims in house status in the factory and keep factory management informed in well ahead.3. To follow up in all stages of production in the factory form sample making to shipment.4. To collect order / PO sheet from concerned Head office merchandiser / department to keep close contact with central store to know the actual in-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory management as well.5. Follow up pre-production activities as like Fabric shrinkage, Size set cutting, PP meeting & Pilot run and priority based work progressing according to execute the production plan.6. Make the sewing loading line plan and follow up daily production.7. Production relate any call out time to time inform relevant merchant or production unit.8. Work with store area for supply chain issue.9. Work with merchandising team to QA file, Sample, Pattern as per given production lead time.8. Work with management in coordinating and planning for upcoming order.9. Prepare and review internal documentation for management and production staff.10. Monitoring and manage production schedule for timely delivery.11. To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned factory management & Head Office production cell.12. To follow up Cutting, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production13. To do Production, Washing and finishing the follow up to ensure the planned production.14. To arrange & monitor the buyer inspection before shipment & collect the buyer inspection certificate.15. After that buyer inspection & monitoring proper shipment arrangement.
