Assisting in site management in all housekeeping and documentation as service provider and managing agent as well, scheduling and supervising operations, and allocating job seats. Management and supervision of housekeeping staffs to ensure they deliver the cleaning standards within the premises of the community.• Lead a line up of team leaders and HK attendants.• Undertaking daily site inspections, Planned Preventive Maintenance for all HK equipment, maintenance tracker.• Monitoring cleanliness & hygiene of facilities, ensuring proper upkeep along with space planning.• Checking staff PPE, hygiene and grooming standards.• Attend client SR (service requests), Mystery Shopper reports and various reports like walk around, night inspection, site inspection etc.• Preparation of housekeeping schedules, annual vacation plan and tracker.• Optimum utilization of resource and man power deployment (duty roster).• Preparation of monthly time sheets.• Job chats and annual appraisals.• Month martials inventory update and request in order to site operation requirement.• Preparation and monitoring of all types of housekeeping check lists.• Daily TBT – tool box talks and safety issues.• Log the waste management report and share with client.• Monitoring the recycle waste and segregate as per policy. • Report generations- weekly, monthly, damages, maintenance issues, equipment and buffer stock.
