His present working area includes sector development especially Leather Sector by conducting diagnostic and feasibility study and field research for designing various soft and hard intervention especially in cluster based development approach, designing new project ideas including preparing activity plan, making TOR and Project Proposal etc., studying international trend on leather product design and development and dissemination, facilitate SMEs the philosophical tools and international standards on improving productivity, green technology, health safety, environmental safeguarding etc. which involve low cost investment, brainstorming, documentation and presentation of reports etc. He has skills in leather, leather products and footwear manufacturing including new idea generation, studying fashion and market trend, research and design development, CAD, CAM and graphical presentation, critical design fault analysis, manufacturing process, machine maintenance, time and work study, designing production plant layout (product and process layout), production fault analysis and troubleshooting and other industrial engineering, merchandising and sourcing, comprehensive business plan making with local and international legal issues, etc. He has also learnt CISCO CCNA where his knowledge explored in associate computer networking field and made an enrichment to his existing computing knowledge. Presently he is studying advanced management in production engineering and streamlining the knowledge with his career. He has a very strong intention to carry forward his career with those earned knowledge and experiences by involving with sector development especially leather sector development programs and projects and end up as a future sector expert of the country.
