1.Monitor, manage and maintain and support to the existing Systems and network equipment's .2.Assist to System and network implementation as required.3.Maintain and setting up DNS server, Active Directory, DHCP server, Domain system, Proxy Server,FTP Server, File servers, etc.4. Keeping liaison and reporting every IT related activity/issue to the CHQ IT.

1.Bug reporting and follow up the bugs to resolve it in time.2.Requirement Analysis and End Users Supports3.Management & Implementation of projects to meet the Project Goal.4.Assist the team to do best output of the system with standard practice5.Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures.6.Performs other duties as assigned

1.Prepare a Notes on the issue/problem (quality faults, less efficiency etc. in any machine or equipment.)2.Submit the issue and solution to higher Management for permanent rectification on continuous improvement 3.IT Support Services and Small Office Networking maintenance 4.Provide Customer Supports, Communicate with Mass People and more
