I am a passionate person, who leads by example to achieve results. I believe in equality in the workplace for all employees. Coming from a Mexican family, and having lived in Mexico for several summers, winter breaks, and a few years I bring an understanding of cultural diversity and how it can impact a business. Having worked 12 years in the Retail industry (10 in leadership roles) I have a great understanding of customer service and its impact on a business. I believe that we can control results through personal accountability as well as holding peers accountable through constructive coaching, using reporting as a resource. Working for high end brands like Godiva Chocolatier and Banana Republic, as well as budget friendly brands like Old Navy I have an understanding of different customer bases, and the types of service they expect.
