Direct all operational aspects of VER Orange County location, the world’s leading Audio Visual rental house and production company, including, distribution operations, sales, quality assurance, client services, human resources, and administration. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective action to meet challenges and leverage growth opportunity. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for all departments. Collectively with Chief officers of the company, develop, execute and maintain short and long term strategic operation plans; develop and implement related policies and procedures; communicate and guide functional managers accordingly. Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Work with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the Account Executives.

Receiving product and cross-referencing POs and packing list. Processed damage freight claims. Maintain 98% accurate inventory counts. Participated in the 24/7 on-call rotation for sales team. Assisted Operations Manager when work load would increase, or on vacation/sick. Providing support to National Operations team during peak periods of growth, as well as with large-scale, high profile, special projects/events like Super bowl, ComiCon, Brownfield relocations.
