San Bernardino County Office of Homeless Services.Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to all CoC funded providers serving youth and seniors experiencing homelessness.

The CA FWD Young Leaders Advisory Council is composed of youth and young adults ages 16-24 from diverse backgrounds who are committed to intergenerational collaboration in engaging underrepresented communities with the policy-making process through personal narratives and data-based recommendations.Member of the Housing and Home Ownership Work Group.

Responsible for conducting outreach and engagement under a youth-specific survey, social media campaign, and a combination of virtual and in-person convenings to ensure CERF is responsive to the needs of Orange County youth and young adults.

As the project specialist, I research new trends and job opportunities in the fields of Human Services and Addiction Studies. I act as a liaison with community partners, help train students and faculty on new techniques and presents outcome information on new job and volunteer opportunities for vocational certificates.

The mission of California Coalition for Youth's YAB (Youth Advisory Board) isto provide input and give insight into policies, procedures, legislation, andinvestments affecting, directly or indirectly, youth throughout California;provide meaningful leadership through training and experiences for boardmembers/peers; and to empower board members/peers who in turn, canempower youth who have experienced vulnerability and disconnection from essential resources.

My primary focus in this role is to evaluate prohousing policies that advance the production of affordable housing development within the City of San Bernardino.

ICH, HPN and the Office of Homeless Services work together to ensure that the recommendations listed in the San Bernardino County’s 10-Year Strategy to End Homelessness are realized. The San Bernardino County Youth Advisory Board primarily focuses to end youth homelessness. We advocate at the legislative level to influence the policy-making process to improve services and increase resources for at-risk youth within San Bernardino County.

I meet individuals experiencing homelessness on the street, in their cars, public spaces, etc.. I connect these individuals to housing navigation based on their personal needs while simultaneously obtaining their legal documents and providing referrals to community partners.- Housing First Model- Harm Reduction Model- Trauma-Informed Care- Charting/HMIS- Street Outreach- Case Management

I worked at a youth drop-in center in San Bernardino called Open Arms. Here, I conducted street outreach to identify unhoused youth and young adults (YYA).
