• Navigated many hospital data sites in search of medical reports that were missing in the automatic billing cycle so that the revenue that comes with those exams is not lost. • Corrected linking issues in the billing center so that reports that were found but not recorded can move on in the billing process. • Communicated with a team of about five other people to ensure that everyone is working together to find missing reports that have been reported as found, as well as to ensure that no two people are working on the same site to find new reports that have not been found yet as this will cause either double uploading of the reports or one person to be kicked out of the site completely
