I've grown up learning how to be a hard worker my father was a farmer and got me started early in life. I've worked in kitchens for over 10 years and also have an A.A.S. degree in Culinary Arts, working on my Bachelors degree in Hospitality Administration and Management focus in Lodging.My plans post graduation are to work in the resort industry ideal locations are San Antonio, Dallas, or Lubbock areas. I feel that as a future manager in the hospitality field that self confidence, trust worth, responsible, and ability to adapt, and accept advice.One day I would like to open a hunting lodge/resort and take it to my home town to boost economic growth and help the job market there.
