Responsible for management of all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time, maintaining the focus on main metrics as DOH and Inventory Value.

Process improvement, innovation, automatization, continuous improvement and new business development.Global process standardization among H+K facilities.

• Supply raw material for the different business units.• Control inventory targets for month end.• Keep on target OTD for the different customers.• Coordinate physical inventory for the plant.• Follow up on Inventory accuracy from cycle counting.• Manage and distribute weekly demand for each business units.• Forecast review with SIOP team.

Coordinate activities in the receiving area for Direct and Indirect Material.Determine best routes to deliver material into the different assembly stations reducing cycle time and optimizing resources.Control accurate material transactions to avoid material discrepancies.Inventory control.

Schedule daily production workload based on customer requirements fullfilling the lead time needed.Negotiate with Customer Representatives additions or short lead time requierements.Work together with other Eaton´s from North America to transfer or help fullfilling orders when such overpass Production capacities.

Control inventory levels of raw material to support the assembly areas.Follow up regarding discrepancies, RMA and returns of deffective materials.Collaborate with Finance to obtain credit notes from damaged materials from vendors.Coordinate two physical inventories per year for raw material.

Test new chemical formulas for new products to be introduced in the market.Perfom quality inspection for current production and new samples.Run mechanical test for the new products and collect data to compare.Bilingual support for production supervisors.
