CurrentI represent creative clients (such as New York Times bestselling writers, Oscar nominated producers, actors, and musicians) in matters as diverse as film and theater production, intellectual property issues, and the negotiation of contracts involving property rights. I have represented parties involving transactions with multi-national corporations and reality television. I have also negotiated publishing deals with Random House, Harper Collins, Harlequin Publishing, and other major publishing houses. I represent small businesses, business leaders, and individuals in a variety of negotiations and contract drafting. I also represent clients all across the United States and as far away as Germany and Australia. I have appeared as speaker and presenter at numerous publishing industry conferences across the United States and Europe. A member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, my career as a professional performer gives me a unique perspective that helps me represent my creative clients.Additionally, I handle a variety of criminal matters including numerous appeals. I create a diverse variety of legal documents necessary to represent clients' interests.
