Ron Righter (Vicepresident Americas of Vodafone Global Enterprise) was coming down from the 2nd floor of the Vodafone Global HQ in Newbury (UK) to interview me in the cafe. I was very nervous waiting for him. I had moved to the UK without a job expecting to get one.I replied to some of Ron´s questions: "I have driven an old Wolkswagen Passat from Barcelona full of my stuff. It took me 10 days to cross France to get here. I do not have any intention to leave UK without a job. I would love to work at Vodafone here in the UK". Before finishing my coffee I had achieved my goal of working in Vodafone Global Enterprise.The award of taking that risk (and the support of my friend JJ) was the chance to work for a Marketing Department in a large corporation. That job changed my life.From that moment, I have been passionate to convert my innovative ideas into the reality either as a employer or as a entrepreneur.
