I'm an effective Operations Director with expertise in Telecom Services (Messaging, Voice, Number Intelligence & Identity), Carrier Management (CSPs, MNO/MVNO, Aggregators/Wholesalers), and Communications APIs (CPaaS). I love working with people on all levels of the organisation to identify and help them remove day-to-day pain points, often translating top-down strategic requirements into immediate, practical and sustainable improvements. VALUESI joined Vonage a year after they acquired Nexmo for $230m, and immediately identified capability gaps, driven by a keen sense of structure and logic in a part of the back-office Carrier operations that had suffered a lack of leadership and focus.
