AS part if my studies, did my industrial Training from one of leading hotels all over world.I did my training in all the major department of the hotel i.e. front office, food and beverages,reservations,HR,sales,kitchen and housekeeping.The training was focused on dedication towards delivering unique customer handling, customer satisfaction , time management , knowledge of the workplace safety knowledge of food safety and food handling protocols.Along with customer oriented service also improvisd my skills on MS excel , office and got chance to work on opera.As the training was in all the department also worked in the backened process departments.
