As a market research manager, I contribute to global-scale projects across diverse sectors such as FMCG, Health, and Personal Care, as part of the product innovations, customer value, and brand engagement team. I have additional responsibilities as research lead for our sports/ sponsorship marketing tracking account. Here, I've guided our global clients through worldwide tracking, utilizing KPIs and brand funnels, in addition to benchmarking and ROI analyses while innovating analytics. My involvement in the comprehensive research unit at MetrixLab allows me to guide clients through business opportunities across the entire marketing funnel and help them with their (brand) communication. Covering pricing, packaging, claims idea and concept testing, value creation, ad testing, community studies, and sports marketing initiatives. Particularly gratifying are strategic projects that involve exploring new market opportunities, identifying category entry points, and optimizing customer journeys for sustained success, besides the exploration of differences between audience segments.Core responsibilities are project management, operational optimization, client and account management, survey development, data analysis, insight generation, and results reporting—all supported by my effective storytelling and consulting skills.

As a trainee I will have the opportunity of in-house and on the job learning enabled by top-notch leaders in market research at MetrixLab. I will kick off my junior career as part of the Product Innovations and Brand Engagement team. Besides trainings and workshops, I work on different research projects for various clients whilst having a personal growth manager to foster quick learning besides personal and professional growth.

During my committee tenure, we provided students with the key to the industry by collaborating with a mix of high end global fashion brands, the new top notch design talents, forbes under 30 celebrities but also inspiring local brands who want to change industry standards. In one year we have organized seminars, workshops, case studies, and the first Erasmus Fashion Week edition. I personally planned and hosted three events, while co-curating the luxury fashion day. This role taught me a lot about brand positioning, communicatione, negotiations, project management, and the power of teamwork. I also supported the marketing team in creating engaging social media content and identifying digital promotion opportunities for maximum event reach and drive awareness of NFS amongst Erasmus students.

As a former pre-master student of media studies I was asked to mentor the new year of pre-master students to help them get through the pre-master. I introduced them to the city of Rotterdam, the Erasmus University and made sure they got acquainted with their fellow students. They could reach me for any questions regarding housing, studying or general things about rotterdam. I was also their trust person in case of emergencies or personal issues. Luckily my students all passed the pre-master and have done a great job, making my mentorship very smooth and a nice contribution to their student life. I learned how to motivate people in uncertain times, how to help them get clarity on their own thoughts and doubts, how to clarify complex tasks as part of courses and how to make sure they live a good life while studying hard. I was very happy to do this and would definately mentor people in the future.

Coaching inexperienced rowers by teaching them the proper techniques while expanding their own limits to maximise the outcomes. This involved:- physical and mental coaching- planning- focus strategies- winning strategies- training strategies- improving the training facilities and management within skadi for upcoming years.- dieting and nutrition guidance Result, they won many matches, became national champions and were a lovely and dedicated team to work with.

As an intern at Chiquelle, I handled marketing communications and warehouse management tasks. This included researching and developing an export plan, generating new branding and product ideas, assisting with market research and exploration, managing social media for brand positioning and content creation, providing consultation for digital change, handling copywriting for communication purposes, and overseeing warehouse efficiency management in logistics.

I was a member of the Dutch National Pole-vaulting team, practicing 8-10 times a week for 2-3 hours each session. I competed internationally and developed the ability to push myself to the limit and surpass unbeatable challenges. This experience taught me about responsibility, commitment, and staying focused on achieving my goals.
