I work with all kind of data regarding the Spanish diabetes market: IMS Sales, prescriptions, promotional investment… I track product launches to achieve excellence, defining meaningful KPIs and early launch metrics. I analyze deviations and propose corrective actions in the context of a cross-functional team. When no secondary data is available to solve a business issue, I work with agencies to obtain the information through specific market research projects. I build business cases in a clear and structured way in order to take the best decision. As business intelligence responsible I am a key player in the elaboration of the Integrated Business Plan. As a diabetes forecaster, I work with forecasting models and different methodologies to turn assumptions into robust sales forecasts.

I was responsible of the secondary data sources of the company (IMS, Cegedim, Close Up,...) and was also the data warehouse manager (Marketing portal): IBM Cognos based with more than 6.000 reports available. I was the link with the IT department and worked transversally for the business analysts and their Therapeutic Areas (Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Oncology and Diabetes). I was also the forecasting process coordinator.
