I am a Temporary Messenger Clerk. I sort and shelve books and other library materials; along with checking materials at both exits and entries. Assist patrons in disputing fines, looking for books and with computer access; preparing deliveries, emptying book drops, and setting up for programs. Seasonally assisted with Summer lunches by providing lunches to youth in the community.

Onboarded 12 new hires daily, entered information into the online database(WinTeam) verified all paperwork before sending it to the corporate office. Oversaw and scheduled training for new hires and current employees and forwarded all information to the training coordinator. Assisted the scheduling manager with payroll challenges, direct deposit, time off request, and assigned employee schedules. Developed a filing system for all paperwork, paychecks, and office supplies Organized and ordered Uniform inventory and Office Supplies. Answered and screened and influx of phone calls and emails while providing general support to walk/ins and applicants
