• Provide administrative support to the CDF Marlboro County Staff including scheduling meetings and conferences, generating oral and written correspondence, and assisting with the development of written materials for national and local CDF Freedom Schools program;• Work directly with the Project Director for the CDF Freedom Schools pre-k program• Receive all CDF staff mail distribute to staff accordingly;• Maintain accurate database of all calls and inquiries received from individuals and organizations interested in the CDF Freedom Schools program;• Collaborate with the CDF Freedom Schools national staff to manage the sponsor database and ensure accurate and up-to-date-collection;• Manage the database and ensure accurate up-to-date data collection for all children and Servant Leader Interns in the local CDF Freedom Schools activities and projects;• Interact with the public and CDF staff, always increasing one’s knowledge to respond to questions about CDF Freedom Schools program:• Keep office supplies organized, manage the DVD & video library; keep the work space neat and organized;• Manage travel itineraries for office staff and summer program staff as directed;• Support the CDF Freedom Schools national staff to keep accurate information regarding key individuals and organizations important to the CDF Freedom Schools program;• Work in conjunction with other staff to plan training's and provide support with logistics;• All other duties as assigned.
