CurrentRecently a Talent Acquisition Advisor working with American Red Cross, sourcing, screening and presenting candidates for Collections positions.Senior Recruiter:Review, screen and submit quality candidates for open Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Inside Commercial Representatives (ICRs), Collectors, and Setup Agents, Drivers, Laborers, and Heavy Equipment Operators to Client.• Schedule F2F interviews for selected candidates in ICALL and Taleo.• Record candidates screening details in MyPeopleScout and Taleo.• Ensure all resumes and completed vitals are accurate and error free before submitting to the Client.• Work closely with Account Manager to ensure that job requirements are clearly understood to target correct skill set for open positions.• Act as person-of-contact for CSRs, ICRs, Collectors, Setup Agent, Drivers, Laborers, and Heavy Equipment Operator requisitions.• Complete and submit daily End of Day Report to Account Manager.• Develop strong relationships and partnered with Waste Management Recruiter.• Regular follow-up with respective candidates to ensure timeliness of scheduled F2F interviews.• Assist other team members with open requisitions on an as-needed basis.
