Wellness is my passion and the centre of what I do. As a Wellness Coach I help individuals seek and implement strategies to benefit their overall health, fitness, and lifestyle. As a qualified Personal Trainer I am able to understand different methods, techniques and training and apply them to each individual as required. My areas of expertise in the industry include female training, strength training, and mental well-being, helping individuals, worldwide, see the positive impacts fitness and wellness can have on your life. Passionate about women’s health and helping women understand and work with their bodies in order to achieve a happier and more confident lifestyle. My degree in Psychology and further career qualifications help me to clearly see that wellness and health isn’t just physical, it’s mentally too. I practice and teach the importance of mindfulness, self-regulation, reflection, and resilience. Helping individuals of all different paths and backgrounds see how looking after their mental well-being can be the starting point to life-changing impacts on overall health, fitness, wellness, and quality of life.
