-Work with Sales & Marketing team to develop and execute professional programs to addressthe needs in terms of products and technical expertise.- Provide on-going technical support / professional advice & eye care / product training foremployees and trade customers. .- Develop and maintain relationships with eye care practitioners, professional associations /organization, KOLs, key accounts, and key persons in optometry school / colleges.- Support Sales & Marketing initiatives, particularly for new product launches by providingtechnical support, professional advice, and communication to sales / marketing / customerservice / operation / customers.- Cooperate and liaison with Regional Professional Marketing to adapt regional or globalprofessional programs and implement locally when appropriate.- Address various CV product issues or issues in the market place through direct contact withcustomers, attend road shows and educational symposiums.- Support Customer Service to handle consumer complaints and trade customers’ technicalinquiry.- Work with regulatory function to ensure programs in compliance with local regulation andsupport product registration in terms of providing technical support.

JD:- To lead, formulate and implement professional marketing strategies according to the business objectives.- Devise new product launch plan and lead the implementation.- Select and translate technical details of B&L products into selling stories for both professionals and patients with reference to the context of local environment.- Work closely with Regional team on global and regional clinical research needs.- To maintain relationship with key government, optometry schools and professional associations.- To conduct education forum or contribute literature in relevant publications to promote professional image of B&L.- Influence and build rapports with Key opinion leaders (KOLs).- To conduct and design internal training programs to equip our internal team with technical knowledge and message.- Provide support in handling consumer complaint and FAQ development.- Favourable opinions on B&L products by professionals and practitioners.- Strong rapport and network with KOLs and professional / practitioners which can be translated into support for B&L products.- B&L’s products become trade / ECP’s preferred suppliers.- Ensure product and technical stories are successfully conveyed to both ECPs and consumers in their languages.
