I graduated from the department of Plant Industry, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. After graduation, I joined YB Biotech and worked as the position of marketing assistant and product manager for 8 years. In 2011, I was recruited by Development Center for Biotechnology as a manager of National Research Biopharmaceutical Research-sponsored service platform, which provide the animal efficacy test for academia and industry. In the meanwhile, I was also trained with a MBA program in NTU during 2016-19. After that, I joined the Janssen-DCB collaboration project and received funding from Taiwan the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) as COO for creating a new startup company.
