Ruby Chou founded Realty Brokers International with the desire to help investors with state-of-the-art real estate investment and property management solutions.Ruby’s personal experience in real estate lead her to a full time career and a passion to help investors make the best educated decision with purchasing real estate.Ruby’s personal real estate career began when she designed and became owner contractor of her personal home and hired renowned artist John Barber and artist Joseph Collin, the artist that designed the Lions at the MGM in Las Vegas.Ruby went onto design a medical / office building in San Gabriel as well as become a real estate investor in commercial and residential properties.Ruby created add-on value to properties. Her first project was to convert the 4,000 square foot liquor store into three units, medical and general office complex.Ruby realized with her back ground in Actuarial Science, she had a better understanding of making the best-educated decision when developing and purchasing real estate. Ruby learned quickly how to negotiate the best deal for herself and her client’s and this has led to a very successful real estate career.
