During the first COVID-19 lockdown, I began working at a growing business called Premier Environmental Cleaning Services as they expanded their business from Southern California to the Bay Area with an entry position of Sales and General Help. As the demand grew and their number of employees grew likewise, I moved to fill a necessary position of Data Entry, working to coordinate with both customers and new employees to transfer old handwritten contracts and from pen and paper to Microsoft Excel, and other types of software needed for cooperation with government buildings, corporations, and other necessary customers.

Originally working my way up from a cashier position, I quickly excelled at my position at Century Napa Valley, going above and beyond the normal sales and customer focused experiences and moved my way to more demanding positions in the building. In summer of 2019 I was officially promoted to the title of Supervisor, taking the responsibilities of not just being a great and visible front facing employee, but also managing employees breaks, training new hires, and helping around with new and experimental technologies from Cinemark and other 3rd party companies.
