I am an aspiring leader currently supporting a group of medical professionals. I identify issues and provide continuous support to staff according to operating standards. I have an Associate of Arts degree with concentration on Accounting, Business, and Economics. I am also in my senior year at the University of Texas at San Antonio working on my Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. With this I hope to open new opportunities which will allow me to expand my career. My goal upon graduation, is to find an organization where I can further develop my skills thus adding value to the company through effective organization and team motivation. I have a successful track record in leadership and management, critical thinking, communication, and reliability. I do not mind sedentary positions, such as my current one, however; I do prefer to remain active and helpful to others.
