Hey, I'm Ruby! I'm passionate about social media, copywriting, editing and anything creative. I've worked in social media and digital marketing for the past eight years. Throughout my career in social I've worked with brands such as Toyota, Linktree, Blundstone, JBL, Sapporo, GWM and many more. In my current role at SDWM, I'm the social and content lead for the brands Drumstick and Maxibon. Social media is a truly expansive field and it's given me a wide range of skills in content creation, copywriting, paid social and digital marketing. I have a degree in Media (Journalism and Communications) from UNSW and have written freelance articles for Resident Advisor, i-D Australia and Pitch Zine. I was also editor of a print magazine called Girltama throughout 2016-2017. Print media, magazines and creative writing are all huge passions of mine, and I have strong skills in both writing and editing. Alongside social media, I also enjoy learning languages and have been studying Korean for the past few years, with the hopes of eventually becoming fluent.
